In = plan target for each day's type (assumes 100% adherence). Out = BMR × ~1.2 (near-sedentary; training and walks are already counted separately via Polar) + actual Polar exercise calories. Estimated, not measured intake.
Skipped sessions, travel, illness, anything notable.
Send a screenshot or photo straight to your coach, no need to text it separately.
Saved to your account and follows you across devices.
Data syncs automatically to the cloud and loads on any device you sign in from.
⟳ Connecting…Everything it does, what to tap, and what you can ignore. Skim it now, come back when you wonder what a tab is for.
Your tab bar is built for you, so if something below is not on your screen it is because it is not part of your plan, not because it is broken. Want it? Ask.
Thirty seconds, and it turns this from a website you have to find into an app you tap. You stay logged in.
Meal Plan and Workouts will say they are being built. That is deliberate. We write your programme against what you actually do rather than a template with your name on it, so we spend your first week watching.
Log everything you can in that week, including the days that go badly. The unflattering week is the useful one. A tidied-up version of your eating gets you a plan built for someone who does not exist.
| Dashboard | Your week at a glance, and the fastest way to log a session. |
| Daily Brief | Your plan for the week, from your coach. Nothing to fill in. |
| Meal Plan | Your nutrition plan, split by day type. Tap a meal to open it. |
| Workouts | Standing routines to read. Not a logger, see above. |
| Training Log | Every session, newest first. Tap a row with weights to see the sets. |
| Polar | Your sessions and heart rate, named after your own device. Nothing to type in. |
| Recovery | Either your device fills it in, or you do each morning. See below. |
| Nutrition | Your day's totals. Quick: tap Fill today, change what differed. |
| Food Log | Item by item, with search and barcode scan. Feeds Nutrition automatically. |
| Uploads | Send us photos, screenshots and PDFs. |
| Weight | Weigh-ins and your trend. Same conditions each time. |
| This Week | How the week actually went. Built from everything else. |
| Check-in | Saves as a draft all week. The most useful thing you give your coach. |
| Settings | Your details, your plan, Theme, and Change password. |
Dashboard, + Log session. Pick the date and day type, choose your session type, enter the minutes. Up to six sessions a day, and a new empty one appears each time you fill the last. Then Save entry.
Two boxes appear only when they apply, which throws people. Distance shows for runs, rides and walks. The Set Log shows for strength sessions.
In the Set Log you get S1, S2 and S3 per exercise, kg and reps in each. The green line above is what you did last time. That is the number to beat, and it is the whole point of logging sets rather than minutes. Leave blank anything you did not do.
If you have a recovery device connected, do your test and the numbers arrive on their own. If you do not, you get a short form headed This morning. Fill in what you have and leave the rest blank, then Save. Saving again the same day updates that morning rather than adding a second entry.
Your 1 to 10 is not a made-up number. A device can tell us your HRV moved four milliseconds; only you can tell us you feel wrecked. Charts appear once there are a few days to draw a trend from.
Some can and some cannot, and it is not about how good the device is. A Polar or a Garmin hands its data over. An Apple Watch will not, because Apple keeps that data locked to your phone. That is the right call for your privacy and a nuisance for ours.
So if your device tab sits empty, nothing is broken and nothing is lost. Log your sessions in Quick Log and it all works. If you would rather your watch data came across too, ask and we will send you the short guide for exporting it.
| Meal Plan and Workouts say they are being built | First week, deliberate. |
| No boxes for weights | The Set Log only shows for strength session types. |
| A tab mentioned here is missing | Your tabs are set for your plan. |
| Your device tab is empty | See above, not every device can send data. |
| Recovery charts missing | They appear once there is enough to plot. |
| Your weekly totals reset | A quiet Monday is normal. |
